N’Spired Yoga at Anderson Gardens
Instructor: Nancy Enke
This class is a gentle practice designed to increase strength and flexibility throughout the body. Participants will focus on being present in the moment through breath and intention while surrounded by the beauty of the Gardens. If you have a desire to move with ease, while finding balance and serenity, this class will assist you on that journey. Participants will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for the day ahead.
Please bring water and a yoga mat to class, limited mats are available
