The practice of yoga has many rewarding benefits, including gaining strength, increasing flexibility and relieving stress. Group classes are fun and motivational but it can be challenging to address your specific needs in the classroom setting. One on one instruction will allow you to advance at your own pace.
In addition to yoga, one on one sessions including beginning strength training and core specific moves are being offered. The program can be designed for use at home with little or no equipment.
