Unroll your mat and get ready for "Nspired Yoga at Home" Monday morning, March 23, I am going to offer video yoga classes for you. Now... I have never done this before so they will not be fancy productions but I will do my best. Some of our other teachers will also offer classes for you, after we get set up. Details on how to access them will be coming soon. Nspired Yoga will not be asking you to pay for any of our classes online. We are all uncertain of what the future holds and free classes for you is the least we can do to help all of you during this time. Video classes will not feel the same as our group classes but since that is not possible right now, let's keep our bodies flexible, our minds calm and our spirits lifted.
