We all have those days when we put off things and sometime yoga is one of them. Check in with yourself and if you are feeling too busy or not in the mood for yoga, you might just need it more than you know. Try doing just a few of your favorite stretches or practice breathing techniques or maybe a simple meditation. Remember yoga happens in many different ways for us so find your way on days that you are not up to a full practice. ~Namaste~
